Dominic is currently falling asleep to this in his swing. I have to say, it beats the heck out of normal baby songs.
Made this tonight with thumbs-up results. A few modifications:
- No way was I making my own tortillas. Store bought was just fine.
- Didn’t attempt to make crema. Sour cream with some hot sauce mixed in was great.
- Added sliced avocado because well- who doesn’t love avocado?
- Added pineapple salsa (in a jar) for some more kick.
- Piled on the green tabasco at the end- NOM.
So I bought my little guy daycare labels from this website. They’re absolutely adorable. Our daycare stuff is gonna be STYLIN!
For my wide-footed friends- I just got these in the mail, and they are HOT!
My husband just bought us tickets to this. The day before my birthday- NEXT YEAR!
